I bought a new house from holiday almost 3 years ago and everytime I do any up grades to the house I see just how rigged everything is. Beware whatever subcontractors this company is using must not use levels, tape measures And forsure no squares.
The experience with Holiday Builders was great. The communication was awesome. Jesse and Tina was amazing my realtor has done great with putting me with this team. If you’re looking to buy a home Holiday Builders is the best way to go. Thank you Holiday Builders for giving me my first home. I LOVE IT HERE.
It is very unprofessional and disrespectful the way they handle a contract termination. Me and my client have been waiting for over three months for an escrow money to be reimbursed. Nobody gives a solution and they just keep saying that we have to wait. Even the sales manager (who is very unresponsive) can't give a solution to this situation. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this builder.
