Legacy Village Apartments

Pros: Jamie was wonderful & always responded to me very quickly. Maintenance was also quick to respond & help with any issues I had. Beautiful area during the daytime. Large living room & bedrooms which can be difficult to find in an apartment. Very nice pool (when it was open) & community room. Cons: Outdated apartments. No dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, etc. Did not feel safe in the neighborhood during the evening. Witnessed multiple physical fights on the street right outside of the buildings. Temperature control never seemed to work properly. Snow removal was a major issue. Ultimately it was not a great place to live but had great management and maintenance.

So unprofessional!! They haven’t responded to my emails about a deposit I gave them. They say since roommate gave them a forwarding address first per Jamie that I won’t get my deposit back the full 850$.. how is this fair?? What company does this? I’ve emailed Terri no responses lately!!! Don’t rent from here save a headache!!! Check your rights people fait housing act!!

0 stars if i could. Please do not rent with this apartment. Worst experience and management ever. This place and the people need some major work and help. They do not care about you.

checking up with ADA and FAIR HOUSING ACT! they are very selfish with the money and using people money for rent and never fix it should be ZERO 0 star and NOT 1 star. ZERO 0 STAR
