Legacy Park

I love Legacy Park and I would HIGHLY recommend living here. I no longer live at Legacy, but during my 5+ year stay, I loved every minute of it. The maintenance guys were incredibly attentive and always solved any issue I had. The office staff was always so helpful, friendly, and kind. They do all kinds of fun resident events where people can get together and enjoy the community! I even made a couple of friends! Plus, the events usually always have food. I LOVE FOOD, lol... Anyway, they have a luxury style pool, a movie theater, a fitness center, and a really cool dog park! If you're in the need for a new home, check out Legacy Park! - Take care and live well

I've lived here for about six years, so I figure I'm qualified to write a review. The pros: The sunroom floor plan is to die for. As someone who works from home, I don't like the idea of sitting in a second-bedroom all day. I was able to make an office space in the sunroom that still gives me a little privacy from the main room, but where I don't feel claustrophobic. The place feels of reasonable quality. I wouldn't call it luxury, but everything is adequte. It's a safe and relatively quiet community and I've rarely had problems with neighbors. Maintenence is always prompt to respond to issues and parking is never a problem. The front desk staff is also friendly and accomodating. The location is convenient to both the Hanes Mall area and the Peters Creek area. The cons: Be care

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve lived at Legacy Park Apartments for two years, and I cannot say enough great things about Joaquin (Jay), the Maintenance Manager. From day one, every time we’ve needed help with a maintenance issue, he has shown up quickly, always polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jay truly stands out—not only does he know his craft inside and out, but he also takes the time to make sure everything is done right the first time. He’s pleasant to talk to, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents here. It makes such a difference having someone who goes above and beyond and does it with such a great attitude. Huge props to Jay for being awesome at what he does—we really appreciate him!

I lived here for a year, and it was great. The management was excellent to work with, notably Sandy, the property manager, and Jenifer, the assistant property manager. They are the nicest, most easy-to-work-with people. I moved into a more expensive complex, and the management there is nothing like these two. The few issues we had while there were quickly fixed after giving them a call. Also, our two-bedroom apartment with the sunroom had so much space, which was great.

I love where I live here at Legacy! My apartment is so beautiful, and I'm so glad I chose to live here over other places. I love the pool, movie theater, and fitness center, too! Special shout out to the property managers Taylor and Sandy! They are always willing to help with whatever apartment needs I may have. They are wonderful property managers who truly care for the people who live here! If you are thinking about calling Legacy your home, think no more! You're already home! See you around! ☺️
