Legacy Haywood Apartments

I came from out of town to visit my son for the Christmas holiday. My son resides at the Legacy Haywood Apartments and upon my arrival instead of taking me to his apartment, he surprised me with my own Guest Suite inside the complex which was conveniently located near his apartment. When l stepped inside, everything was quite lovely. I had a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette including a large sink, microwave, refrigerator and a kureg with specialty coffees along with some tasty complimentary snacks.. The best feature was the huge bed nicely dressed with a soft comforter & plush pillows. I also had a large Smart TV for my entertainment. I felt very pampered my entire stay & l look forward to visiting the Legacy Haywood Guest Suite again.

I usually don't leave reviews, but i have to share our impressive experience. We lived here for over 2 years (left for a week and came back quickly because the other place was terrible in comparison, but that's a story for another day), had the best time ever, and only left because of work. The building itself is quite new and has amazing amenities like pool, game-room, fully equipped gym, and even snacks at the leasing office. Our apartment was amazing, we haven't seen such a nice and spacious layout anywhere else. The apartment had ample storage, beautiful bathrooms, a great AC and water pressure (hot & cold), and every appliance was modern. Legacy provided such a welcoming community. They had some of the best resident events when we were leasing. Paint and sips, seasonal survival kits, sporting kickoff events, and really so much more. Truly matched experience with amenities and the overall convenience of the location.

We live here and it is great! Sally was a great tour guide. They have good events and even featured our puppy on their Instagram page. Also they have refrigerator/freezers with the ice and water dispenser so you don’t have to buy a Britta. They also have under cabinet lights, tile showers (to the ceiling), nest thermostat and wood shelving in the closets! Also it’s close to the mall and Jason’s deli which i eat a lot.

Roaches from day one 10 - 15 the first night before we even had furniture. Front desk pretended to care but never fixed it. Front desk promised compensation then management brushed it off. Three months later still infested and full of other ratchet issues. Stay away.
