I’ve had a great experience with Jalend Hill in the management office. He has been incredibly helpful throughout my whole move-in process. Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to deal with. He even communicated with me when I had questions or concerns after hours via emails. The whole process has been smooth and well handled. I can’t thank him enough. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, and everything from move-in to ongoing communication has been smooth and well organized. I highly recommend

As a resident of Laurel Pines, I have had a decent experience. The acting Resident Manager Jalend Hill has been a wonderful asset!! He has attended to our needs with fast responses and attention to the problem or situations that might arrived. Hopefully the Owners/Property Corporation will keep him on board to ensure that we the Residents have someone like him to continue satisfying Us and any future Residents!! I have noticed a positive change within the community, and it has been truly amazing to see. I sincerely appreciate the management team and their ongoing initiatives to improve and maintain the property. I understand that this is not an easy task, and I am grateful for their continued willingness, professionalism, and kindness, especially when my mother mentioned the emails she has been receiving about the new initiatives. I was genuinely impressed, and I can confidently say that the management team is working diligently to turn things around. Laurel Pines is truly a great place to live, and my mother has proudly been a resident of this community for several years.

I really appreciate Carlos the quick response and professionalism. He came out promptly, replaced the garbage disposal efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service!

The maintenance guys Carlos and Mario are the best. They never let me down every time I call. They are always on the job. They never seems to disappoint their respectful and very kind in very concerning to make sure your needs are met their hard-working and full of dedication.
