The community is well-maintained, and the staff are professional and responsive. The location is convenient, and the property feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything is kept clean and organized. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a nice place in Perris!

Love the people in the apartment. Everyone gives off a good community but the new landlord kicking everyone out due to them having our money taken. Took awhile to fix things. I had a hole in my ceiling for almost 4 months due to them not keeping up with the building itself . Very frustrating place to live .

This place is horrible,Every since Emily left ,things never gets done padding in carpet is old , my ceiling in my room leaks when it rains , roaches 🪳 no one is ever in the office,They don’t fix anything in this building at all , worst place I ever lived in. The manager has a horrible attitude and very unprofessional,they leave notes on peoples doors to the point,everyone knows everyone business ,don’t waste your time here

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the manager Emily N.She has been nothing but phenomenal with my move in process and just all around her management status is over the chart when it comes to moving you in I was blessed to be moved in in a timely manner and got a apartment freshly painted new carpet and have been safe and secure since . She’s really out here helping folks in ways y’all would imagine and only an Angels from heaven have a heart like hers thank you Emily I appreciate you 🙏🏾
