Express Property Management is by far the best management company that I have ever had. Rick the owner is always patient and professional with the best clients communication skill. He helped me moved out the previous difficult tenant and found me a good tenant. Laura, the property manager for my two rental, is always accommodating and try her best to address my request. Super helpful and I am so grateful that she is our designated property manager.

Kimberly (Kim) Moya is efficient, pays attention to details, has great communication skills and follow-up. I needed my heating & a/c serviced. Kim was on it! She connected and the service was taken care and done in an expeditious manner. The technician she sent was really great. I was both pleased, put at ease and relieved. I'm glad that Kim was handling it.

The property we rent in Baja is exactly what was advertised. The unit is impeccably spotless every time we visit. The amenities and space are perfect for our girls weekend gettaways. Thank you Rick for all your help you are so easy to deal with and we appreciate it. Will continue to come back!

My husband and I stayed in Las Gaviotas over the weekend and we absolutely loved it! The condo was extremely clean, it had a beautiful view, and we really liked the fact that it was in a gated community. It was very close to Puerto Nuevo, down town Rosarito, and only about an hour north of Ensenada. The private beach was a short walk from our condo and it was beautiful. We can't wait to go back! As for the property management; they are awesome. Rick contacted me immediately upon booking and gave me his cell phone along with his email in case we needed anything. He made sure he got all the information to me before our arrival and even texted me to let me know when we were getting our deposit back.
