Latitude Apartments

The entire leasing office team here is incredibly warm and welcoming! They always respond quickly and help us solve any issues right away. Dan from maintenance is absolutely amazing — he can fix anything and always does it with such professionalism and kindness. Plus, there’s a wonderful café right downstairs, so we get to enjoy great coffee the moment we wake up. Living here has been so convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Be careful when moving out! Management completely ignores emails. I've been trying to get a simple confirmation for my lease transfer for days, but it's radio silence. Good luck getting them to respond once you leave.

I really liked the tour that was conducted by Collin. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I don’t think I had a single question unanswered. I’m very excited to live here next year, and I cannot wait to be apart of a community that is so helpful and welcoming! I can’t wait to make the best out of my college years, and I’m happy that this is where I’ll be able to do that :)

As a vendor i have worked with latitude and there staff for many years, they have always had a Team of individuals that have always been very responsive to any issues we have had and gotten them resolved in a very timely manner and almost every time exceeded my expectations. Speaking from experience and dealings with other student housing facilities they all have hiccups from time to time which is to be expected but with that being said working with the latitude staff has been amazing especially working with the General manager and the maintenance supervisor Dan.

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly do NOT recommend Latitude to anyone. The lease transfer / subleasing policy is outrageous. If you need to move out early, you are basically forced to lose the equivalent of THREE MONTHS of rent. This is completely unreasonable and absolutely not renter-friendly. What makes it worse is that this was not clearly explained or emphasized at signing — you only find out how bad it is once you’re already stuck. On top of that, the HVAC system is a disaster. The air conditioning / heating breaks repeatedly during the winter, when you actually need heat to live comfortably. I’ve dealt with constant issues, unreliable fixes, and no permanent solution.
