Katie represented both the seller and the buyer and did that with so much fairness - I was really impressed. In the end, I think everyone involved was very very happy. I sure was! Our home buying experience was lengthy and we really put Katie through the wringer! She was absolutely amazing every step of the way-was incredibly organized, was well researched and very knowledgeable about home values across the area. She got us into every home we wanted (one even 5-6 times and never made us feel like it was putting her out). We were not local and had odd times available to look through homes and she always made it work-I’m talking 8 am and 9pm on a Sunday! She has been such a great resource and in fact has turned into a great friend now. She has even become one of our kid’s emergency contacts for school😂. In the end, we felt prepared for closing and were confident we were getting the best home at the best price for our family.

Katie did a fantastic job in guiding us through a challenging negotiation over a house we really wanted. She was with us every step of the way, doing research for us about various issues with the house that required repair, so that we could make an offer that was fair for us. Katie's administrative assistant Danee was always available for questions we had about the details of the requirements for closing. We'd use them in a second if we ever decide to move again!
