Lapon Realty and Management

I am amending my review as my experience with Lapon went from excellent to subpar rather quick - if you are looking to have your name taken off THE RENEWAL of a joint lease be aware this company will likely try to ensure that any money paid by you "an individual" if going in jointly is held by the leasing agency (Last month & deposit) for the benefit of the remaining tenant (in this case, ex girlfriend). Sure, give the woman I'm breaking up with all my money. (who are you a divorce attorney?) To add insult to injury he starts off as a nice guy then starts to become rude and aggressive demanding that you call with issues even if your working and only have time to text or can text off hours since he doesn't take texts off hours he then proceeds to tell you how upset he is about you texting h

Needed to find a rental place as soon as possible for a family member, and Lapon realty did just that. Very helpful and professional. They provided several address and drove us to these locations. In the meantime they provided good information about each property. We had a pet with us and were able to accommodate us. Lease information was ready and place will be available in just a couple of day. They returned our calls every time we called even on the weekend. Thank you Lapon realty. Highly recommended.

Mr. Lapon is an amazing guy. He is both professional and friendly. Answers any questions that you may have. And he will help you out the best he can. Will tell you how it is and will not short change you.
