We rented through them for two years. The pro: our rent remained the same and was fair for the market. The cons: they will take photos when you move in to "protect you" when you move out. Then, when you move out, they will charge for things that you didn't even damage. We were charged for replacing the master bedroom blinds. When we moved out, they were in fine shape, but they never offered to show us the "before" photos. After some pushback, they ended up not charging us for the basement window screens, which I had had replaced when we lived there because voles had chewed them up. They didn't charge us then, but sure tried when we didn't live there anymore! We filled all nail holes and cleaned the place per the move-out contract and left it cleaner than when we moved in, and they still ch

I rented from Landmark for about 6 years. The only reason I had to move was I was moving out of state. The owners Teresa and Warren and their assistant Michelle have been fantastic in every way. If you have anything that needs to be repaired they get someone out to you as soon as possible. Remember sometimes it is the service persons issue why the can't make it and don't notify Landmark or the tenant. They truly do care more than thinking you as just a number. If I ever get to go back to gorgeous Colorado Springs I will only rent from Landmark because they have proven to be truly trusted. ❤️
