Landings Edge Apartments

I relocated to Landings Edge in April 2024, but due to unexpected circumstances, I had to leave this month (I was there for a year, but time flies when you're having fun). I can confidently state that this community offers the finest customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Marylou and Rene are exceptionally kind representatives who made me feel welcome from the very first day. Additionally, their maintenance team and previous manager Sarah are outstanding, promptly addressing all work orders. If you are considering renting in Lemoore, I wholeheartedly recommend Landings Edge! Marylou and Rene, you two are the best!

I blindly moved here from Los Angeles for a job and was super nervous about the move-in process without even seeing the apartment. However, all of the staff working here made it super easy and they’ve been super friendly and helpful for ever since. I’ve lived there for two years and they’ve always been fast at repairing any maintenance issues and communicative. They always have events for the little ones and it’s a very quiet complex. I’ve never had any issues and it surprised me to see how many bad reviews that this place had. Although it was my understanding that one new management took over things began to change. If the old reviews are starting to worry you about renting here, please know that new management has taken over and they are truly amazing. I would recommend anybody to live h

I had the pleasure of living here, my neighbors were great and staff was attentive. I lived on a corner unit and always felt safe and that my needs were addressed in a timely manner by management. Management helped me through anything I needed and the surrounding neighbors made this place feel like home. I recommend this establishment.

Between monthly power outages requiring me to walk to the outside break to cycle it, to not having a functioning air conditioner for two + weeks in July/august to deposit/fee invoices 6 months after move out, about the only thing the landings edge has done in a timely manner is their maintenance/groundskeeper staff go well out of their way to help if you if you ask them directly. If able, seek other residences.

We’ve moved out of this place 5 months ago and have yet to get my deposit back. I keep calling and they’re always waiting on “invoices” or they’re “short staffed” but can never give me an answer. I called again today and now they’re wanting to charge me for touch ups on paint and cleaning. We lived in that apartment for 4 years obviously paint was going to need a touch up. As far as the cleaning part we left the place CLEAN! I had never had problems with my deposit anywhere else other than this place. Please if you are thinking of moving to these apartments think twice! They’re overpriced and the staff is a joke! Not to mention they will want to keep your deposit and charge extra!
