Country Club Apartments

If you have children this is not the place for you . They have rat problems , mold and roaches . The A/C broke on us 3x and my children had to sit in front of the fan through the heat for 2 months . Also some of the neighbors are crazy . They say they don’t allow pets but you see cats roaming in and out of the apartments and hear dogs barking in the apartments as well . Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by how nice it looks on the outside . It looks a ghetto hot mess on the inside .

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My previous apartment burned down and I had no other place to go but this one. I read the reviews and they were 50/50. The room was very roomy. Kitchen was small and there is no dishwasher btw. I was constantly having problems with my fridge. I had it fixed twice but still didn't work. Repairman said that the company was too stingy to replace the old fridge into a new one. I had to move out of the place asap due to orders (I'm in the military). The ship that I was reporting to needed me to report earlier than expected so I had to move out on a short notice. I had less than 30 days of notice but thought the management would be understandable. When I went to the office to check out, nobody was there. I had to wait almost 2 hours for my room to be inspec

If I could give them 0 stars as well I would too. At first our experience with the apartments were not bad. IT was a downward spiral we were in before we could get out. The apartment were were in was riddled with MOLD!!! YUP YOU READ RIGHT. MOLD!! In our childrens room we didn't find out about the Mold till it was too late. It rained really bad and my daughter came and told me that water was coming through the window. I went to see what she was talking about and sure enough rain was coming in. I opened the blinds up all the way and the seal on the window came right off. The "foam" just fell away from the window it was awful. I tried to clean it up as much as I could as fast as I could because the more the "foam fell away from being soaked the more the rain fell through. I told the
