Landhaus at Gruene

I recently moved into a brand-new apartment at Landhaus at Gruene and I couldn’t be happier. The whole community feels like a resort, super clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. I can’t wait for all the amenities to be fully completed because it already looks amazing. Cami and Misty have been incredible since day one. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping residents. Truly great people. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe, and high-quality place to live. Highly recommend it!

I absolutely love living here. The parking is great, the mobile app for the gate is super convenient, and the amenities truly feel like a resort. I relocated to the area for work from DFW, and the communication with Landhaus was spot-on from start to finish. Every question I had was answered clearly, and everything was exactly as promised. The units look just like the photos, if not better in person. A huge shout-out to Misty for making our move completely flawless. We were running behind during move-in and hit traffic, knowing we’d arrive after hours, and she still went out of her way to make sure we got moved in without any issues. That level of care really meant a lot. It truly feels like a family here. The property is impressive, welcoming, and a place I’m proud to call home.

I absolutely love living here! Misty and Cami are truly the heart of this community. They always bring a smile to my face and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. They’ve created a sense of community that I’ve honestly never experienced before — in the best way. So many of my neighbors have become genuine friends, and that says everything about the environment they’ve built here. You can tell they truly care about the residents, and it makes such a difference. I’m also so excited that the pool is almost done… it’s just another amazing addition to an already wonderful place to live! So grateful to call this place home 🤍

I do not normally write reviews but I cannot say enough amazing things about this apartment complex! From day one, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming, personable, and genuinely kind!! They truly care about each resident and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Any time I have had a question or needed assistance, they have responded quickly and with so much love. It is rare to find a place where management is both professional and compassionate, but this team embodies both perfectly!!

I’m just starting my experience here, and so far I’ve really enjoyed it. The apartment is beautiful, and the community feels well cared for. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and quick to help with any concerns. They also do a great job staying involved with residents, and it shows through the events they host. So far, it feels like a great place to live.
