I had an amazing tour experience at Lakestone! Ty the Leasing Consultant was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive to everything I was looking for in a new home. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and Ty’s professionalism truly stood out. I’m excited about the opportunity to call Lakestone home! Ty’s attentiveness and friendliness is what really made the difference If you’re considering Lakestone Ask for her!

I toured with Ty, the leasing consultant, and she helped me get approved and moved in extremely fast. She made sure I had all the necessary paperwork and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Anytime I submit a work order, maintenance handles my issues quickly and efficiently. I plan on keeping my lease for as long as I need ! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to lease to work with Ty.

Ty, the sales agent, was unprofessional and caused unnecessary delays. Im relocated from Arizona to start my nursing career, and the experience was frustrating. One of the units she showed me on video was in poor condition, no sink?? which made me question why she would present it in that state. She later showed me another unit that seemed fine, so I signed the lease electronically. However, just two days later, she offered me an upstairs unit even though I clearly stated from the beginning that I needed a bottom-floor apartment. This lack of attention to detail and follow-through has now delayed my nursing career plans. Overall, my experience Lakestone and TY was unprofessional and incompetent. I don't recommend this place

Well I'm coming up to my 10th year living here and im going to see what Promotions that they have for me? I never ever have been late on my rent! And I'm now a Senior Citizen. The 1 good thing I can say about this place is Waste Management. Aaron, Bridget and Michael are the best like Clockwork every night except Fridays! Nicole is trying to get this Place back in order. But there are some things here that need to be addressed. And I will not say on this Platform. But I will say I tried calling corporate many times and they never return my phone calls. Nelson H

It’s been one whole month that I have not had heat or ac in my apartment. My rent is due and they expect full payment. I was lied to and told someone would email me about a rent credit. Would the ppl leasing these units live like I’ve had 2? Ive been to the office on several occasions and told they are short staffed. I understand that. But you are taking 1200 monthly so if you’re short staffed you need to hire contract workers to catch up the work. 2 weeks is acceptable for repairs to essential components of the apartment not a whole month! 5 0 7
