Lakeside Village

The main reason I wanted to move here is for safety. I definitely felt safe and secure in this apartment complex! I was also looking for a friendly community. My neighbors became like my family. Truly sad to leave but due to my commute I needed to move closer to work. In the 6 or 7 years that I lived there management was friendly and accommodating as needed. Not a high traffic area so street noise was eliminated. My son and I loved living there because it is so close to Ellis Lake.

My daughter moved in here in December of 2020 and I have been in love with the complex ever since. I actually just moved in, in March of this year and I absolutely love it here. I love the lay out of my apartment, I have my own washer and dryer, my neighbors are friendly, the affordability is great, and its very quiet. I have had a few things that needed repair and maintenance was very quick to resolve my issue. Lastly Ryan is very personable and working with him has been nice. Some managers just don’t care and are very rude…Ryan is not like that at all. All in all I enjoy living here so far.

I have lived here for almost a year and a half now. I only had one problem, which Ryan quickly and efficiently fixed for my husband and I. Other than that, our experience here has been great. Quiet, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Ryan is the best manager ever! Very kind and respectful and understanding. I have never, ever had a problem with him. Respect him and he will respect you. That’s a promise. We have loved renting from him.

Moved here a month ago and have been super impressed with the entire experience. I was able to secure an upstairs unit with a view of the lake in a quiet corner of the complex and a parking space that is very close to my apartment. The grounds are well maintained, the pet areas are always stocked with refuse bags, the neighbors have been quiet and polite and it was a relief finding a pet friendly complex that accepted my GSD service dog. And I can not say enough about Ryan. He went above and beyond when I was moving in and continues to do so every time I've contacted him. This is probably the most responsive management team I've encountered and am SO happy I moved here!

I moved in about a month ago and I am totally enjoying it. I have a view of Ellis Lake and being upstairs gives you so much more privacy. Plenty of pet stations for my dog and I have felt very safe. Having night patrol during the evenings is nice. Staff (especially Erin) is very nice. There is a large military presence here which I appreciate. My apartment was very clean and up-to-date and I seldom hear my neighbors. I have not come across any rude tenants. Very well-maintained property.
