Thank U So Much Its A Great Place Am Just Getting Ready 2 Move Inn Cant Wait

I live across the street from these apartments as a homeowner.I have an issue with the kids of these apartments constantly coming over to the park and street and harassing my kids. Calling them "furries" and shooting orbies and water guns filled with piss .Just when I think things died down. My youngest 2 ( 8 and 11) will go visit their friend there and they get a bunch of kids ( maybe about 10 of them) pressuring them to bring their older sister out so they can jump her. I have made police reports. I have talked to the apartments. And I have told these kids to get their parents to talk to me and talk to some of their parents. Nothing has changed. They let all the nieghborhood kids run rampant and be out of control there. I'm not a fan.

The short blonde manager there will screw you out of getting apartments after you leave there if she has a personal issue with you but will always be friendly to your face. She also allows her maintenance man to walk into your home and bedrooms. When I resided there I got walked in on naked in my bedroom.

We moved into here just about a year ago, right after they first opened. Been a great experience. The apartments were new, so the living is great. No complaints really here. They also have like a mini exercise room here which is open 24/7, which makes it nice.

These apts are a refreshing look for Ramirez st compared to other apts in the area! I can also say that the new manager Nachella is a gem.
