We have been working with Chad and his friendly staff at Lakeside Title & Escrow for the past 2 years. They are always quick to respond to any issues or questions we have for our clients. I cant say enough good things about the company. If you are looking for a solid title company I highly recommend Lakeside Title & Escrow!

Chasity went out of her way to locate our Owners' Policy. She was friendly, upbeat and very pleased to help. I was taken aback by her willingness to do far more than was required. She called and emailed other companies on our behalf all on her own accord. What a great employee! She represents the company splendidly!

I would never use this company EVER Service is lousy. I had to have my realtor get my paperwork and title policy sent to me. THIS IS THE JOB OF THE TITLE COMPANY. Called today for title insurance policy, told wait another 30 days. The policy was in my in box from my realtor within the hour. These folks would not help mat all STAY AWAY from these guys

This place is a joke. The communication was poor from the start. very slow. replying a day or two later through emails. (pre closing) Agent emailed us closing documents that seemed to have no one paying closing costs. We brought it up before closing. but were reassured they were correct. brought it up again at closing. We had to literally do the closing calculations for them day of closing. incorporating closing fees. had to write an additional check to pay for all of their fees. If it weren't for our honesty we should have signed and walked out the door. I would recommend some other title company. to add...this was a simple closing with no lenders involved. Just cost of property and closing costs.
