Lake Ridge Manor Apartments

The landlord loved to charge you late fees and charged me for an entire month I didn't live there in order for me not to break my lease. I had paid a 250 deposit for the two bedroom and when I moved out she still tried to charge me $700 for cleaning. My daughter had written one line on one wall with permanent marker, the only damage that had been done to the apartment was when THEIR water heater burst and it went into the carpet. I can only assume they wanted to replace the carpet on my dime since they only dried it while I was a tenant . :( it was in 2010 when I lived there as far as I understand that landlord was fired long ago however the rents have all been raised.

Just new here a few months ago. The apt isn't too bad as the rooms. The management is a bit short to get things done. I am disabled and asked to get an apt on the bottom in a couple of times. I guess not and after I moved in, a month or so later, a couple of people that I had met that were open apts for the bottom!! It's been hard to walk up and down on the stairs. I am stuck now with nothing to move again. There is some more they are willing to get some important thinks done outside...
