Lake Pointe Village Apartments

I've lived at Lake Pointe for just about two years, there's really no better place you can rent in Traverse City! I had a lake view unit and, in my opinion, no other apartment complex can beat the views offered for such a reasonable cost. They're also constantly updating amenities and have a nice pool area and gym. The staff is also responsive and helpful, I've never had such positive apartment maintenance experiences. The only thing that could have made my time here better is on-site recycling. There's at least a drop off center a mile or two away.

Quality built, well maintained, situated in a quiet northern Michigan hideaway. Excellent and professional apartment community staff make apartment living feel like home. Great views of Boardman Lake, with beautiful sunsets, wildlife, and on the Boardman Lake Tart Trail. Clean and refreshing pool in the summer time is a bonus! Highly recommend this property to those who want to have the convenience of everything TC has to offer and the feel of living in the woods!

Was looking to move to the traverse city area and this is NOT the place.Dont waste your time they will just give you the runaround! Keep in mind i make over 60k/year as a 27 year old single male with no kids or pets,no prior debts from apartments,and a clean criminal record .I was in communication(if you want to call it that) with Renee at the leasing office and it just seemed like everything I provided for her she needed more.almost seems like she didn't want me there.Also wasn't very polite and short sentenced when we emailed.NOT helpful or pleasant to work with and I barely interacted with them.Funny I was approved for another apartment in the area the same day I said screw lake pointe village.

We are very happy with everything. Friendly neighbors, quiet and clean. We love the surrounding trees and flowers. Fast response from both office staff and maintenance. Office staff is very friendly. The maintenance guys are great! I love that they didnt level all the trees when they built it so there is actual shade and a warm, cozy, out in the country atmosphere. Having such close and easy access to the Boardman trail and lake is wonderful. Very close to town (restaurants and stores) but it doesn't feel like its "city". Theres lots of parks near by for kids to enjoy. They do a fantastic job of keeping the roads, parking lots and sidewalks plowed and salted during the winter.
