Lake Park Apartments

Don’t move here. The people who live in this building, my neighbors, are THIEVES. There is a serious package stealing problem here, so much so that I’m debating moving. It does not feel safe. Also, have never lived in a building with so many issues with water and plumbing. Seems like every other week they are shutting the water off. Giving 1 star for proximity to the lake and the fact that they accept dogs.

Great complex, beautiful views, reasonable rent. Safe with security cameras, gate keys and locks on the apartment AND bedroom doors. A 3 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk from the heart of downtown. Neighbors are quiet respectful and friendly. Manager is responsive and caring. Overall, a great place to live!

I toured a place in this apartment building recently, and even though I didn’t end up taking the place, the unit was beautiful, and Leslie was extremely kind and professional!

1448 Madison is a pretty great place to live; it's clean, quiet, orderly and affordable.
