I was very excited to move into the most expensive home I have ever purchased. It was a new inventory home by Castle Rock. At first glance, and walk-through, it looked wonderful. There were a few issues, which there always are in a new home, but they came out and fixed them, or tried to fix them, so it was nice to see they were attentive. The salesperson and construction manager were friendly and professional. Most of the home is beautiful, but I went through the POA building requirements and they had both minimum requirements and suggestions to make the home better. Castle Rock does hit the minimum.
