Im going on my second year here and just recently resigned my lease. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. Service requests get answered quickly and the complex is always clean and well maintained. The office staff ladies are always so pleasant and kind. Thank you Meagan, Ms. Sharon, and Celeste for all you do. If you sign a lease here you won’t regret it!

We've lived here for two years and I can't say enough positive things about boterra!! It's nice, quiet community and it's been perfect for raising a small family in! The office is super helpful and they've done many events for adults and kids alike. It's very pet friendly and clean kept! They really care about their property and residents.

The management staff is awesome!! This is my 4th year living here and they always make feel welcome. It's a very family like atmosphere with no drama. Maintenance request are resolved promptly and with the utmost respect to your property. Celeste and Sharon are great managers. Megan and Destiny will help you with any all leasing questions.

I've been living here for six months and it has been a positive experience apartments and well kept and maintenance is quick (they even changed my light bulb which is nice!) Community center is well kept and a good place to sit down once in a while Pool is the highlight in summers though I never jumped in

We have lived here for over 2 years and we LOVE it. Management has always been professional, straight forward and kind. We are needing to get a bigger unit for my family and the communication has been AMAZING. You would think since we already have been here they wouldn't prioritize us but they continue to give the same great treatment. As a business owner I can speak on negative reviews and trust me they will ALWAYS have a couple bad experiences, thats the imperfect world we live in but as for us, we have had ZERO complaints!! If your looking for a clean, peaceful, great location spot to live in yall need to consider Boterra. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. You get what you pay for!
