The apartment I viewed in September is beautiful. To Bad it has poor unprofessional staff. Assured me the apartment was mine had me go 2 times to sign the lease. Owner never showed up, and everytime she has a story. Last week owner supposedly was going to email me still waiting.
I love the area and quality of people who owe, rent, and work around here in the Bronx
Nice park. There is a dog park, several baseball fields, a picnic area, and a very nice newer soccer/ football field.
I was brought here by US Security to cover an open shift 7am to 3pm .I was disappointed because the bathroom the workers use is covered with bleak.& not clean.. I had to get the super to clean it.
This house is so quiet and amazing. I been around there before.
