La Unión Apartments

We love living at La Union. It’s always clean, the lobby smells great, and we feel safe here. The location is perfect, close to downtown and Ybor. Apartment Life does a great job hosting monthly events where we’ve met new people and made friends. We highly recommend La Union to anyone searching for apartments.

The apartments are nice and the amenities are stylish. That being said, the garage is a disaster. Almost all the parking spots are for compact cars and so people are parked on top of each other and my car is constantly getting dinged by doors. 9/10 times I can’t fit in a spot because trucks need to park in compact spaces for lack of regular parking spots. The package room is a disaster. Takes me 30 minutes to find a package every time and the drivers always have issues with accessing the room and so my packages get left all over the complex for me to find. Doors are constantly not working with their FOB system and there have been times I could not get into the garage. There are homeless people that sleep on the grounds and I have seen them wandering around the building! MY CAR WAS TOWED WH

I’ll be honest, it’s a fine place to live and the staff is super, super nice. There’s just zero sound attenuation in the walls, so you’ll hear everything in the hallway and from your next-door neighbors. I think these are just things to consider if you’re shopping around because I would’ve liked to know this beforehand. We’re still dealing with the microwave tripping our breaker, and we’ve had it looked at three times already. When we first moved in, the island wasn’t secure and the top almost fell on me when I pushed down on it to get onto our barstools. Another thing is that the paint in the apartment is matte, which holds onto stains and could be an issue with fees when you move out. I have been living at La Union for a few months now and I’m so surprised by the reviews here. This has been a safe, comfortable, and clean place to live. The bug issues mentioned are false this is a brand new building. The office staff member Kimberly is wonderful she is always professional and kind. She made our leasing and move in process amazing. But what makes this community amazing is the Apartment Life events. Kim and Alessandro do an amazing job crafting fun and entertaining cocktail hours and activities. They do a great job of bringing people together and making La Union a great place to live.

I absolutely love living at La Unión Apartments. The building is beautiful — filled with natural light, lush greenery, and thoughtfully designed spaces. I work from home, and the co-working areas and private offices are a huge plus. There are plenty of places to plug in, comfortable seating, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and a coffee machine with lattes and freshly ground beans. The gym is clean and bright, and the lounges are perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The management and maintenance teams are courteous, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly, and the staff always go out of their way to help. The community is also wonderfully pet-friendly — my dog always feels welcome (and loved) thanks to the treats waiting in the
