WOW! I closed on a property in 2017. I could not find a document that I needed for an upcoming closing in 2025. I normally never put bad reviews on a company unless it's a real bad. We got our closing done through la title solutions because we were forced by seller to go through this company. After three months of closing and having title in hand we got papers for the tax exemption and we have another person from 2005 on our title.its been a nightmare dealing with these people.
