LR Hill Custom Builders has been my absolute favorite custom home builder since Larry Hill first started his business decades ago. He takes a personal interest in each and every beautiful home he builds. The best in Tidewater!

We had a home built by LR Hill in February 2017. There was no attention to detail and he calls himself a custom builder. He has also refused to stand by their subcontractors work and are the most dishonest people to deal with. I wish I had known before we built with him because the entire neighborhood is unhappy with him. Buyer beware!!

“To all L.R. Hill homeowners - Is anyone having issues with their wood floor bulging and cupping (stain and seal in place) OR their windows leaking at the bottom or top causing a mold to form?? I'm having issues in my house and I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
