Real bad tennets they have no respect for no one, kids jumping all night, some go crazy break the windows and they still have them here. The the naiberhood is real bad shot out at night I have to go and watch my daughters when they come home.i need to move out soon

They don’t care about their tenants. They use cheap appliances and you will wait forever for them to fix it. They just fix and fix, they never give you anything new when you really need it. They do not have any consideration and have very poor customer service skills. They only have one person fixing stuff for hundreds of people in the building. The quality of living here is a joke. Trust me it is not worth it.

Personal experience of dealing with this property: They do not care about people/tenants if money is not attached. Only gave 1 star cuz they gave an apartment in the 1st place. Im hardly ever greeted with anything other than a hand that is extended. Maureen is one of the coldest people I ever had to do business with. No hello nor good bye, happy holiday, hows things, nothing...With the exception of the young man and the older gentlemen who speaks to me with some form of respect. Like I am a human. I have been in an apt for almost 10 years, always speak to with courtesy and acknowledge the person im speaking with with a Good morning/afternoon...I don't ask for anything extra like paint that is supposed to be done every 3 years... or maintainance to appliances like the stove and fridge. BUT

Terrible attitude towards their clients. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Will cause you headaches you did not know exist. Extremely low morals for a business.

Seems to be that this business doesn’t like dealing with folks that don’t look like them or speak their first language, in the bronx of all of all places! I work with hundreds of people. Don’t waste your time as they are rude.
