Kurk Homes Hill Country Office

We recently moved into our new home built by Kurk Homes in the Hill Country. After some delays in the beginning due to personelle issues, Misael Soto took over as project manager. Although the entire process took much longer than was expected, with a few bumps along the way, Misa moved the process along more smoothly. We are very happy with the quality of work and the workmanship and the final result of our house. We really appreciate the help that we received from Jeffrey Merriman in selecting the colors and styles of the interior materials. His expertise in the selections made the process much less overwhelming. The entire team worked together well to inform us of the steps and the progress along the way. We love our new home! We just closed on a house constructed for us by Kurk Homes. We are both extremely happy with the final product and would recommend them if you are looking to build a house on your lot. We were very happy with the construction manager assigned to our home, Jason Parmet. He is a personable guy and was very responsive to our calls and texts. He did a great job of keeping us on track for the required design team meetings, milestones requiring owner action, etc. He always seemed happy to see us and we felt the same way. I will also add that several other management level staffers came by the site during the process. All were willing to address questions and concerns. After meeting with Paul Deutsch and Wendy Novack at the New Braunfels office, we selected Kurk Homes as our builder. While the process of constructing a custom home requires patience and perseverance, we are extremely satisfied with the results. The project progressed smoothly following Misael Soto's involvement. Throughout the build, the team collaborated with us and accommodated changes as needed. We are highly satisfied with the quality of workmanship and level of service provided throughout the process. We also appreciate Misa’s continued availability to address our inquiries both during the build and afterwards as questions have arisen. Thank you Kurk Homes for building our forever home.

My husband and I have just moved into our beautiful Hill Country home that was built by Kurk Homes. We had our land for 10 years and when it came time to start thinking about building, we researched and interviewed several different builders. No one compared to Kurk Homes. Jessica Byrne welcomed us, took us to the Kurk Homes model home and answered all our questions. It is so hard to find the perfect builder. There will always be things that do not go right, but you will be so thankful that you have a builder that will work with you. Kurk Homes, especially Misa, their Home Warranty guy, has really gone above and beyond to try to make us whole. Coming out to our home and trying to do whatever he can to make us happy.
