Krystal Springs Estates

I have been to Krystal Springs Estates a few times before moving in just to see how it was. The manager there Dee was very nice and helpful with our needs. She answered all the questions showed us around. The unit we saw was once, clean and the location is good. We did look around, they were the nicest within the area. The location is also great right off the freeway since I do work in the bay. I would recommend this place. It is clean and like I said the Manager and Maintenance is right on top of it. Your would not be disappointed.

What a hell hole of a apartment complex. Stayed there for a couple of nights with a friend. Sounded like a football game going one in the ceiling as I was trying to sleep. There must have been 20 rats up there. Noticed droppings in the cabinet and under the sinks roaches too. I showed my friend the right stuff to get to fend off the rats and mice. Showed her where to buy the stuff for the roaches. When she gets it I'll apply it for her. Probably be the only apartment without bugs or rodents while she likes there.

I really like these apartments. The manager is very kind and considerate. Shes always willing to help when something went wrong in the apartment. Maintenance people also. Nice and quiet. And very clean and kept up. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

i’ve been living here for over 10 years! never had an issue! the staff are always so helpful! such a nice and peaceful area too!

My wife and I have moved into Krystal Springs Estates. This place is a nice quite place, close to the freeway. The manager Dee and the maintenance Jose are both great. If there is any issues like maintenance that needs to be done they are right on top of it.
