Landlord Hamdi Nezaj and son (Shpend aka Joey) misrepresent and harass. Two courts cases against them in Housing Court in the last 3 months. They hire recent immigrants from Kosova, and make them into puppets, doing things that are illegal (intimidating tenants, using loud equipment outside the doors of people they want to leave at 6:50a.m., probably so they can get more rent, restricting keys so that even legal roommates have to go to court to get an outside door key). The son threatened to have me killed if I started a Tenants Assoc (TA), which I did anyway after calling the police (pity I hadn’t started recording everytime I went into hallways at that point). You’d be a fool to trust them. I’ve been here 17 years, and so I don’t have an easy choice. The TA is even having to engage

Highly recommend! Have not had any issue in my time living on their property. They are all very polite and reasonable in every aspect. Very happy living here.
