They are nice people but I called them to remove thier lock from my screen door awhile back which they never did resulted in the hinge failing with the added weight
Me and my boyfriend BOTH put in application for two properties! The lady told us we were the only ones to apply and she would call us to view the property when her husband comes in. We called back a day after that and she says her husband still isn’t in she will call. I would not recommend at all they definitely are prejudice towards poc
I've lived in David Kornegay properties for 5 1/2 years I'm very pleased with my home, I have never had a problem that he has not addressed! As long as your honest and you pay your rent he is a great landlord!
Kept my whole security deposit because of prior damage to kitchen floor. I'm certain David would have made up another reason to keep the deposit if that damage was annotated on my move in checklist.
Terrible people to rent from very disrespectful they treat tenants like crap worst experience
