Sitting in a older property who's a.c. has died "for 1 week and a day" come home from work and it's 96° degrees " p.s. the day it went,we go to the office and there on 4 of July holiday _ be back the 6 of July" oh and they don't have the part to repair their old outdated a.c. unit. So yeah they will be here sometime in the future.federal law?,n.c. state law?
All properties are falling apart, they can’t hire anyone nice or who can actually fix what is going on, their trailers are INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BEDBUGS, they are rude, mean, and right down sleazy! You won’t get your deposit back either, they’ll find some excuse to not give it back!
