I had an excellent experience touring these apartments! Alexis Bradley made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the tour. Alexis took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her patience, friendliness, and knowledge truly stood out. I’ll definitely keep this community at the top of my list as I continue my apartment search.

The Property Manger, Alexis, made the transition of viewing the model, applying, and the approval, very painless. She was so patient and so helpful. She answered every question I had. She's very professional, and knowledgeable about her job. She made it an awesome experience for us. My boys and I love the property. I would like a little more closet space. But that's definitely NOT a deal breaker. The townhome is so cozy and homely. The fact the property is in such a centralized and quiet area, is definitely a plus. Location, location, location. Oh, as a previous reviewer stated, the move in was speedy for us too. We applied on a Friday, and were moved in the following Friday. Thank you Alexis!!!

I’m a first time renter and the Manager helped answer all my questions and talk me through the leasing process. The property looks amazing and was really peaceful when I toured. Looking forward to moving forward with the rental process

Kiwi Goji Review Have been dealing with non-functioning a/c unit(s) for 5 weeks going on 6 now even though I have submitted numerous work tickets that began on October 8th and each one gets closed as resolved even though the air clearly still isn’t working. We were provided with a mobile unit maybe 3-4 weeks ago but once they deemed the problem “fixed” the unit was taken back and has not been provided since. Needless to say it wasn’t more than a day after they “fixed” it that time that warm air began to start blowing again. To keep the apartment cool we have been having to open the windows and with these nights getting cooler and dryer that’s becoming unrealistic. Case-in-point: I woke up this morning with a severely sore throat due to having the bedroom window open to get air circulating

I love the modern look and quality of the apartments here at Kiwi. Alexis, the property manager, made everything accessible and easy throughout my stay here. I would recommend to anyone thinking of moving here.
