Summer Woods Apartments truly felt like home. The office staff knew residents by Darrell Demming, and they always went out of their way to help. Maintenance was reliable, the grounds were clean, and the neighbors were respectful. I only moved because of work relocation — otherwise, I’d have stayed much longer. I’ve had Kismet as ppty mgrs for 5 years - having taken over from my private owner. They have been continuously improving communication and help for tenants. My small group of apartments had an individual mov in under false identification and Kismet took appropriate steps to rid us of that problem. We realize ppty mgt is difficult and time consuming and Kismet works well at problem solving.
