Kingwood Apartments

My experience living here has had some up and downs. I would like to say yes this place is definitely great for a starter home just based upon price and location, but it is not great for a single family home with children . My bathroom has had mildew in it 3 times since living there for only a year and a month we have also had our bath tub re-caulked 4 times in the last year . Now moving on, there has been a leak in my window causing a fowl smell and odor through our home when I called emergency maintenance to fix it they said it could take til the first of the year to get it replaced even though we have small children this is very unacceptable I do not recommend this place if you like a clean safe environment to live in .

Kingwood is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Murfreesboro. I was looking for a safe, clean, affordable and peaceful place to move to and this place has delivered. The maintenance team is fantastic and takes care of issues promptly. The grounds are well kept. Jackie, the manager, has been a kind, welcoming guide and voice of reason for me since Day 1. I love my neighbors and being able to sit on my balcony and look at the beautiful surrounding pine trees filled with singing birds above and frolicking rabbits below. If you’re looking for a sign to move here, let this be your sign.

Kingwood has been my home for five wonderful years now. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. I love the park like setting with lots of grassy areas, trees and a relaxing creek running along side. We are close to MTSU, lots of restaurants and churches. If you are looking for affordable and updated apartments, Kingwood could be your next home.

My first place after moving across country to Tennessee. Finding this lovely apartment was a divine appointment. Jackie, the manager, is delightful. Even though I could not see the place before I committed, I had a good feeling about her and trusted the nudge she gave me that it’d be right for me. It was, and continues to be. It has everything I wanted. The park like setting is the absolute best I could have asked for in my price range. It is 10 mins from work. The maintenance team is timely and friendly. I’m into my second year and hope to stay a few more.

I have lived here for about 11/2 years. I absolutely love it here. After a long search for a place that I would feel safe. Especially when I have my grandchildren over. This complex is perfect. Nice and secluded nestled behind the trees, but yet conveniently located to everything. The manager Christina and the maintenance crew are amazing. Very prompt with any cares or concerns. The grounds are very well kept. A nice and clean pool area that is very relaxing. Pet friendly is a big plus for me. Christina the manager is very informative of things that may be going on in the complex. Such as road work, bug spraying, etc. The only thing I wish was different. Maybe to update the playground area. Kingwood apartments is the best apartment living I’ve ever had. So quiet, day and night. Rachae
