Lived here since the first 2-4 houses were built. No major issues so far and any minor problems have been resolved by the builder promptly. Overall pretty satisfied with the quality. I'd only criticize the size of the water heater (tank less) they choose as it can only drive about two hot water fixtures at once before bottoming out, which seems inadequate for a 4 bedroom house. If you move here make sure that Google/Apple maps points correctly to your home or your deliveries will go off somewhere else due to the development being a new street. You can report inaccuracies to Google/Apple via their map websites.
