I’m Lollette Oliver and I want to say that Kings Reserve Memphis is the absolute best 55 and Senior Living Resident you will want to live. The Staff is Excellent, they are all Professionals. Mrs. LaRhonda, the Resident Manager is the Greatest Manager Ever and so Caring. Mrs. Kara and Mrs. Dezerea are the best also and will do all they can to get you in an apartment and make sure you are invited to all the daily events here. Mr. Tony and Mr. Kelvin will take care of Maintenance Requests in a quick and timely fashion. As far Safety, there are Security Cameras everywhere and on every floor. It’s a Gated Community and Security Access to the Building. Overall I will give this place a 10 but it will only let me give a 5. Let Kings Reserve be your next stop.

Everything is a lie the elevators don't work it smells in there it's always something going on there I don't know who left those previous reviews but they are all lies the health inspector needs to pay a visit however it could be a nice place if what they said was true and they really cared about the people there not just their money it's sad really

Great starter apt home. Everything is only one bill it’s all included in your rent. Excellent Staff and Maintenance. Awesome place for 55 and up and Disabled person. Lots of activities. They have one,two and 3 bedroom All inclusive with free laundry facilities. Make Kings Reserve Your next stop for affordable housing. Rent range varies depending on if you want a studio up to a 3 bedroom. Ask for Mrs Kara or Mrs LaRhonda or Mrs Dezerae.

Great apartments for active seniors! Independence with the comfort of a community. Activities being available is a huge plus and I highly recommend.
