I wish I could share videos of the noise that comes from the upstairs neighbors. I have communicated with the apartment administration, but they don’t seem to care. I would not recommend moving into a downstairs apartment. Yes, it really is that bad. I emailed the property manager about possibly relocating to a different unit, but got no response. I then emailed the next day about a visitor pass and heard back immediately. The office is picky about what they choose to handle. There is one parking spot per unit, and not enough visitor spots. Sorry if you have multiple adults, one of you may have to park on the other side of the complex to get a spot. I really like Eileen! She makes maintenance requests easy! Been living here for 5 years and still going. This apartment complex is by far the best I've lived in. The office staff is the best. From the office staff, Chelsea, which might I add is the best, and the maintenance... they will come when you need and get the jon done right. Its very peaceful and quiet in this complex. I love it here.

Lack of communication if u know it’s a possibility the company can’t help get u approved just be honest so u don’t waste your money doing a application fee but instead u lie and say it shouldn’t be a problem after u explain your situation to them I would have felt better and not smile in my face knowing it wasn’t going work out.. We moved into a filthy apartment; pee on the walls in the bathroom. Paint on the floors. The fridge was very old and leaked. The oven broke shortly after moving in. The leasing agent I spoke with before moving in (Chelsey) told me I could transfer my service with Cox, knowing I worked from home and needed internet straight away. When the technician arrived, he wasn’t able to install because apparently the community has a deal with Verizon and Verizon ONLY. Chelsey knew this, and she lied to my face just to get us to move in. I missed several days of work waiting for my service to be set up with Verizon. At move out, they had the nerve to charge over $80 for drip pans (in no world do they cost that much to replace, nor is it laborious), $30+ dollars for an oven cleaning, and over $130 for c

The office ladies are AWESOME, had a minor a/c issue and maintenance was on top of it quick. I decided after I moved in to get the washer and dryer and inside 2 days it was delivered. It's so peaceful back here, screened in porches. Just beautiful...
