Keyway Apartments

It's bullshit when your heaters don't work right. Then you have a mantnince guy come & check them & treat you like a dumb person asking if they can turn all the heaters on for you.i know how to turn the flipping heaters on, they don't heat up the apartment.now we have to buy a space heater and spend more money to stay warm. Mabey you should fix up in building 5. Have heat in the hallways like you used to & fix the hallway doors so they shut.

I would not recommend moving into this apartment. I have spoken to multiple other residents that absolutely hate this place. Everything is outdated and gross. The maintenance guy is the best thing about this place. Waited about a month or more for my dishwasher to be fixed. Been warned for using water after a they sent a RESIDENT to tell me turn off my water for 45 minutes and I did turn off my water for those 45 minutes and was warned for using water. This place has slum lords and don’t believe the rent you sign on the lease. They will tack on about 10 other fees to your rent every month. Otherwise if you want to live in a shitty apartment with horrible air conditioning in the 102 degree weather with slum lords then do you.

The office team is great and so helpful! The process may be long but again the staff at keyway apartments makes everything easy going.

So far, everything has been pretty good. The office is great and the maintenance is always there to help we like it.
