Brian was able to come out and fix our front door not even 24 hours after we submitted a maintenance request. He was communicative throughout the day to accommodate our schedule, which we appreciated immensely. He was quick, thorough, left the place tidy, and went above and beyond with the repair. We now have an unexpected and very appreciated new deadbolt for extra security! Brian went the extra mile. We have the utmost gratitude to him and the work he did!

KPM has recently taken over our Association. To say we are pleased is an understatement! Travis is very pleasant, knowledgeable and absolutely easy to work with. April is our community manager and she is the absolute BEST, representing all the things I said about Travis and more! They have delivered on everything they said they would offer when our team interviewed them to replace our former manager. We look forward to a very long term relationship with KPM. I will highly recommend them to anyone seeking this type of service!

My experience here and management company have been working out very well. The house is very comfortable, quality is above expectations. The neighborhood is quite and respectful. However I think 24 hours was not enough time to check if everything is in working order. Once we found out something wasn't working, we became responsible for some of the items. I really wished majority of the items would have been checked out and fixed or convey management will make items workable before tenants move in. Still don't know how the fireplace works or if workable. We greatly appreciate the extra items for upkeep and usable products while moving in. Overall the house makes a great home 🏡 I wish we had an opportunity to lease option to buy. I love ❤️ our home. Happy holidays and a Happy New Year Rue

I must say that for the past number of years.Our community has been locked into kentucky realty, which is totally and absolutely the worst property management group.You could ever encounter, Dear Lord, We thank you for the blessing you have poured on our community when you sent to us.Amber Justice. She's knowledgeable competent and well trained might be a little hard to get on the phone, but other than that, she is absolutely fabulous.And we're well blessed to have her.
