I'm a Realtor and one of my client's bought a home from Kent Gayle Homes. Considering the market the home was a great value (it actually appraised above sales price which is RARE right now!), lots of features included in base price over and above comparable builders. I just spoke with my client to follow up and see how the home is working out for him. He said he is very happy with it and the builder, Craig Liggett, did everything he said he was going to do plus a few extra things even after the sale.
