I have purchased probably 15-20 properties for various reasons over my life. Have an attorney review your contract fully. Pulte has been the worst, dirtiest buying experience I have ever had. They are not honest and I would recommend any other home builder.
I just purchased a brand new home with Pulte, and the experience has been great from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of the home is excellent, and everything was completed on time. I appreciated how smooth the journey was as a first time buyer with them. Highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a new home!
