This is for 2624 Foothill. Management is chill and maintenance is hella responsive. Cleaning people do their thing in the common areas daily. Pest control is proactive. Very good security. No issue with Amazon deliveries going missing. V. quiet.

I went to get an application, young lady at the desk seemed like she didn't like her job, other young lady was nice and said hi to me. This location is in the hood on a busy street and the rent requirements are crazy. The building seemed nice and quiet but I wasn't there for long. I didn't even get an offer to see the apartment. You must make 3x the rent after taxes, for a studio that's $950x3, And total move in price is $2900(first, last and $1000 deposit). They also want 4 months of check stubs. For this location and these requirements you could find something better in a nicer location, lesser move in cost and probably a place that counts gross income!

This is a great place. They answer calls, fix problems, transports are near. 🐾
