Kenley Apartments

I have lived here for almost 1 year and I cannot say enough good things about it. Yes, the parking is terrible, but typically only at night. Like after 6PM, you may have to park further away from your apartment entry. I have lived in a lot of apartments and I am super glad that I found this one! I have even made new friends here and we love to go down to the pool on Saturdays or sit at one of the two gas fire pits. Highly recommend, seriously.

I have absolutely loved living here , parking kinda sucks but I know there is nothing they can do. They staff is extremely friendly the manager is great. I had had little to no issues in our apartment. Our neighbors are friendly and the walls must be really thick because I have never even heard our neighbors. It’s like a family living here. 10/10 . Dont waste your time. Go to a newer complex. My hot water heater has been making a loud knocking noise for over a year and they refuse to replace it. Also, my water bill tripled because of the hot water heater discharging water into the drain nonstop. The gate has never worked even though there’s people working on it periodically. The flyers look like they are generated with an AI software. Only one dumpster and the trash piles up almost every week. I saw one of the guys that works in the leasing office vaping inside the office. I can go on and on. This place looks good from the outside. Looks can be deceiving. I will not be renewing.

Positively no better place to live than at Kenley! I did a 13 mo lease with them that just ended and I absolutely did not want to leave. The front desk staff are some of the kindest people. They would remember my name, apartment numbers, and personally bring me packages I would forget. They were always quick to answer questions and even have a text service for quick replies. The maintenance men are absolute Gs!!!! They are so efficient at fixing whatever you need and make good friends along the way! I had absolutely no issues with this complex and look forward to coming back after finishing school. Please consider living here if you want to be close to all the food options, out of the way of downtown but still close to enjoy, or just looking for a quiet place to live.

The staff and maintenance team at Kenley are awesome! They were quick to address any and all issues when moving in. The property is also quiet and beautiful.
