Excellent Title company. I am a loan officer and had a borrower recently that has had one of my most difficult cases. Missi and her team were the absolutely best even after they had to re-balance the CD multiple times. Highly recommend her & her team.

The people are really nice. But they are lazy, do not communicate well, and unorganized. They had us get the some information, that we sent to them. Then they sent us a form to fill out using all the information we just sent them. They should have filled out the form. They received something from the bank that was not complete. In stead of following up with the bank they asked us to follow with the bank. They promised us a digital copy when we picked up our information but when we pickup our information they didn't have it.

Great communication with the entire process from the initial submission of the sales contract to the closing. I’ve spent over 40 years in the mortgage industry and I was truly impressed with Kelsey Title Agency and working with Sharon. Thank you for great service !
