I’ve lived at several bigos properties and am always impressed. This one is one of my favorites because I am on the 27th floor and the view is AMAZING. It is SO quiet and well maintained. The amenities are also unmatched

Wonderful place to live. The staff is great! Fantastic views of the Mississippi River - Great A/C in the summers and toasty in the winters. Just be careful in the parking garage... Really like the view, but I had to reduce my rating a bit. The door to "secure" parking has been broken and open for months, and there is no timeline when they will fix it, apparently. This is dangerous and leaves our vehicles vulnerable in this area. Anyhow, a fun place to live, but they need to maintain doors that actually shut properly, and maintain amenities. ... (a bit later) Okay, - beautiful new door to secure parking! Also, other doors have been fixed along with the sauna! ☺️

This is by far the best place I have ever lived! There is always someone in the rental office during business hours and the security company they contract with does an amazing job of keeping the building safe. Both the property managers and security are incredibly easy to get ahold of and work very hard to make sure that this place is running smoothly and that residents are comfortable. Stephanie especially is an all-star! I had a little issue with some pesky mice coming into my apartment during road construction season and she worked super hard to make sure that it was taken care of. She personally had pest control coming every week and would check in with me until the problem was solved. As a current resident of Kellogg Square, I feel obligated to share my experience regarding the safety issues here. Recently, I WAS PHYSICALLY ATTACKED IN THE PARKING GARAGE BY AN UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL. I reported this incident immediately to Bigos Management and have not received ANY RESPONSE! This is not an isolated incident. Earlier this year, THERE WAS A SHOOTING IN A PUBLIC AREA OF THE BUILDING, AND MULTIPLE UNDERAGE INDIVIDUALS WERE INJURED. The building’s security is a third-party service that has LITTLE CONTROL OVER UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ENTERING THE PREMISES. These individuals often ignore the security personnel, and no further measures have been taken to ensure who is coming in & out of the building for residents’ safety! NEW UPDATE: (TOWNHOUSE) AC ISSUE AGAIN/ STILL MAY ‘25: maintenance personnel arrived to address the AC issue. Whether the AC blowers are on HIGH OR LOW my unit does not cool off below 73° -75°. When maintenance arrived, he made an adjustment; instantly, I heard the cooling system come- on AND I felt the cooling air and I yelled, “Thank you God!” …. BUT THEN; also instantly, he made another adjustment and the cooling air decreased. I said, “Wait! Lol. Turn that back on, it was just working!!” He said, “Yeah, it happened when I closed it.” I said, “Well can’t we just leave it open???” …. (side note: He did acknowledge that there IS something wrong with the cooling system). I thought the issue was resolved; but, I haven’t used the air conditioning much over the last 30 days; partly because I
