Yes, I’m the mother of Mr. B. J. who after serving his country, got out the military, and purchased his FIRST home. This is a big accomplishment for anyone; let alone a young, black male. Well, Keller Williams was the agency hired by the seller, (their sign was in the yard of the yard on 2/18, well my son closed in 2/20. The sign was ALREADY REMOVED BEFORE THE CLOSING PROCESS WAS EVEN COMPLETE! I contacted the SELLER (you know these investors who love coming into our black neighborhoods, buying property, and doing little work on them and in them, then flipping them for an astronomical amount! He did NOT even return my text, and that rude. The seller, Beth Thomas at Keller Williams Realty, who was the listing agent, HUNG UP in my face when I attempted to speak with her about it. She

Person on office phone duty just now isn't interested in selling. I had a question about a specific listing but she wouldn't speak with me. She kept telling me to "contact agent on the sign". I explained that I'm not there & she repeated there's an "agent's name on sign". I asked her if she could give me agent's name if I gave her the address, since I'm not physically in close proximity. She again repeated "the agent's name is on the sign". It isn't by the way; just Keller Williams Vestavia. P-poor customer service.

I absolutely cannot thank Dee Castille for all she has done for me!!! It took a while, but I finally closed on my dream home!!! She has been absolutely amazing through this house hunting process, especially as a 1st time home buyer!!! As a realtor, she came highly recommended and they were right!!! Thank you again Dee!!!

Seller agent (who was the neighbor of the seller) repeatedly tried to pressure a fast offer from us while routinely deflecting and stalling attempts at deeper professional inspection of the property. She simultaneously continued to explain the sellers wanted a no-contingency contract because previous buyers backed out and they were "so stressed out". This is also after explaining to us how she "knew" the previous buyer would back out using their inspection contingency and kept marketing the house even though it was under contract (as if that was somehow supposed to make us feel better about working with her?). I just want to say that Ken Grodner with Keller Williams is an absolutely fantastic realtor and person. He was always on top of everything while helping me find my home. Always answered my calls and texts. Always figured out anything I needed to know. Got me the best deal for my dollar. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
