Adam Kabinoff is by far the best RE professional I have ever worked with, and the only agent I will ever work with in this region. He is trustworthy, straightforward, patient and knowledgeable. And never tries to 'sell' anything. At every step of the process I genuinely felt that he had our best interest as his top priority. Here's a story as evidence of that claim... My partner and I were down to a choice between two properties; I liked one, and she liked the other one. We asked Adam for his opinion and he said... He didn't like either of them for us! Tracy was our realtor and we couldn't have been more pleased. Tracy really worked harder than anyone I've had in the past on locating the perfect home for us. Even on "vacation" she was never truly on vacation ensuring she kept us informed or scheduled others to help us. We shared many smiles and even shed tears with her but eventually a home was found. If the rest of KW is like Tracy, you will not be disappointed!

Kari Kline is wonderful. She has the patience of a saint. I know my husband and myself drove her crazy. I am sure we did. Yet, she hung in there. We looked at a total 31 houses before we made up our minds. So glad we had her on our side.

Went through an unpleasant experience with David Wilson. He was ok when we went to look at houses, but disappeared as soon as the contract was set in motion. I am not asking for an agent to be on call 24-7, but when making a purchase in the hundreds of thousands, I do expect paperwork, inspections, inquiries, etc. to be responded to within a reasonable amount of time, especially before the contingency closing date. We ended up backing out of the contract not because we didn't like the house, but because we couldn't get ahold of anyone until it was too late. This is not the only unpleasant experience we have had with a Keller Williams agent. I would encourage the company to improve their training program for agents.
