Horrible experience with a property management company that this real estate agency has partnered with. Me and my son moved out on July 31st and have still not received our security deposit. By law, it’s mandatory to be delivered to the tenant by 30 days with the option to dispute charges and me and my son have not received anything from the property management company, Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast. Instead, I have been told it’s not their responsibility and have been forced to try and chase down our refund. I have been extremely patient with the employees but they have left me no choice but to leave negative comments concerning their professionalism.
